Our Beliefs

We believe that the Holy Bible is the inspired and infallible Word of God. It is the foundation upon which our church stands. We believe it is altogether true, and we strive to submit to its authority both individually and corporately as a body of baptized believers. (2 Tim 3:16-17).

We believe that God exists eternally in three equal persons: the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit (1 John 5:7, 2 Corinthians 13:14).

We believe that Christ is the only begotton Son of God who was conceived by the Holy Spirit and born of the virgin Mary. He lived a perfect, sinless life and suffered, bled, and died on the cross to pay the price for man’s sin through His death, burial, and resurrection (John 1:1, Isaiah 7:14, 2 Corinthians 5:21).

We believe the Holy Spirit is given to convict man of sin and unrighteousness. He dwells in believers to teach, comfort, and lead them in righteousness (Luke 12:12, John 16:7).

We believe that Christ died for the sins of the world. Anyone who receives Christ and submits to Him by believing in His heart and confessing with His mouth that Jesus is Lord and Savior shall be saved. (John 3:16, Romans 10:13, Romans 10:9-10).

We believe salvation comes solely by placing one’s faith in Christ alone. (Ephesians 1:7, Ephesians 2:8).

We believe that a believer’s salvation is eternally secure in Christ forever

(John 6:37-40).
